Where the F*!% do I like to eat in NY
Updated: Jun 21, 2018

I'm in Manhattan 5 days a week working but also the occasional nights out. But I avoid the typical joints and your 9 to 5 worker lunch spots. I'm down in SoHo and surrounded by amazing, homey places. And i'm a foodnetwork junkie myself... so without further hesitation "Where the F$%@ do i like to to eat in NY?"

BAGELS
2788 Broadway, New York, NY 10025
An amazing little nook that does top notch bagels and the best i've yet to find. Crisp and shiny on the outside with a soft fluffy inside always warm. Add some scallion cream cream cheese and lox and you'll be in heaven.

JEWISH DELI
127 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002
Platters of classic Jewish eats. I always get the "SHTETL" which is smoked sable fish, goat cream cheese, tomato, onion, and capers. Add some potato latkes and you'll be set.

RAVIOLO - RUNNY EGG
218 Lafayette St, New York, NY 10012
I never thought a single raviolo could change my palette. And it did. This mouthwatering little nestle of pasta dough with ricotta on the inside and a yolk that cracked with you broke the pasta topped with mushrooms. Go here and order this dish it is life changing.

PORK RAMEN
181 West 4th Street, New York, NY 10014
Get the spicy pork ramen it is heavenly. It is my favorite meal seven days a week when it's cold. I even still get it during the summer. The slurping and licking of the bowl is non stop the broth alone can make you an addict.

FRENCH FRIES
80 Spring St, New York, NY 10012
These fries are pure perfection. They are crispy on the outside, stacked to the skies above, and soft on the inside. They are fried in peanut oil so that adds extra flavor and extremely well-seasoned. There is nothing fancy like truffle or garlic just pure potato.

PIZZA
278 Bleecker St, New York, NY 10014
It's simple it's an old joint doing the pizza right. You can only order by the pie, no slices. It's crisp from the char of the oven and the cheese to sauce ratio is perfection. It's better than average street pizza it's proper New York pizza done really well and delectable in every bite.

DOUGHNUTS
220 W 23rd St, New York, NY 10011
I am a doughnut junkie and have eaten at many joints. This is by far my favorite. If you are looking for an average, basic doughnut, do not come here. They are funky and my favorites are the pistachio, peanut butter and banana, and the coconut. They are soft, warm, cakey and got great flavor and nut some quick sugary topping they are art.

COZY LUNCH
50 Carmine St, New York, NY 10014
This place is great for a relaxing cup of coffee and some great breakfast or lunch. It has middle eastern flavors in an American coffee shop style. Get the Madame Freda — Pressed sandwich with duck prosciutto, cheddar béchamel, gruyere & a sunny side up egg.. Amazing and the staff is great.
